Return Policy

At Renascent Store, each product is made on demand, specifically for you. For this reason, we encourage you to carefully review the product details, sizing, and description before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Because our products are printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size choice, or change of mind.

  • However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@renascentstore.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.

Exceptions

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

  • Personalized or custom products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with a printing error.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If a return is approved due to a defective or incorrect product, Renascent Store will cover the shipping costs.

  • If the return is not due to a mistake on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
